I used the EFT last night on my husband. I was inspired reading in the newsletter of a woman who got her partner to quit snoring using the EFT while he slept...so I gave it a try. His snoring is so loud that there are many a nights that I go to sleep elsewhere It took about 5 minutes to start to see any results and within about 10 minutes he was breathing better with very little sound. Not bad, I was happy about it. I told him about it in the morning and he told me to do it anytime I needed to for him.
I also did it with him this morning to get rid of a headache that he had. Even through his smirking about it, he was a bit surprised when the headache started to subside.

David has been completely cured of all trauma relating to the water. I took him into the water and he was terrified as always and did the tapping on 3 occasions. He now asks to go in the pool. He loves it again. For that, I will always be grateful to you. It is truly remarkable that it was done so quickly.
When the instructor said that we would "work on ourselves" it hit me that I always avoided that. I didn't WANT to work on myself...afraid of what I might find. I also had a thing where I'm "always in my head" and have difficulty doing a deep level of work. Well, she wasn't going to let me get away with that! She did a session on me as a demo for our class and to say she got to a BIG core issue is an understatement. Even afterwards it amazes me how STRONG of an emotional reaction that came up for me. You see, I DON'T show emotions like that in front of groups.

This morning was time well spent. For those of us who benefit from structure and prompting, the opportunity to practice in a safe environment is really important. I will recommend the sessions to others who are available during the day. I’m looking forward to next month’s session TC Orlando
